Please,

i've purchased the component ok 05/03 (dd/MM), and so far i haven't received the activation key, yet...

i don't know why my e-mail can't receive your e-mails... can I give you another e-mail so you can send me the key???

What information should I confirm??

Hi,

We did receive an order from your company last week but it was not from your email address. Please use private message to provide us the transaction ID or receipt# of the order and we will be able to attach the order to your email address, you will then be able to access the license information from your account.
