License file too old, need to download previous version of controls Options

Hi,

I needed to re-install my computer, made a back-up of the license file but when I then downloaded the Web control file again the license file didn't "support" this version. How can I download the correct version?

My licens file states that it's version 4.0 of the Web controls that I need.
