Hello,
I build a menu from menu builder with Windows_Vista template.
Now I should change the 'onmouseover' image og topgroup, but I don't find where we can do this.

then, I want to change border color of menu

Hi,

Please check the documentation under EO.Web Menu -> Using EO.Web Menu -> Style and Appearance section. You will need to understand how the menu is styled and it is explained in great detail there.
