I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

In your site the Demo asks for a password despite me being logged in already; this happens every time I try to insert and image in the Editor\Designs\Office 2003 XP Style in Full Mode.

I have downloaded the sample code to my computer and tested the demo. What happens in Firefox is a post back when clicking OK after selecting an image. This will ignore or skip the dialog waiting for the string path of the image selected. As a result both dialogs are gone and the image is not in the editor.

I am more than happy to provide screen shots if I could. I'm not that thrilled about you deleting my previous post, but I understand I didn’t provide enough details as to the scenario involved. Just keep in mind that I'm a paying customer and under tight deadlines so any serious attention would be highly appreciated.

Looking forward to your response,
Ronel

Hi,

Thank you very much for your understanding and providing detailed information about the issue.

The demo site asks for password is purely a security measure that we implemented on our server in order to prevent people uploading malicious file or script to our website. It is not related to the current login (even though it would be nicer if it does recognizes the current log in), or any of our components, or a specific browser. This problem should not occur on your local machine.

We do not know what caused the OK button to post back yet. We will look into it and let you know once we find anything. If we need any additional information from you, we will let you know.

We understand deadlines are deadlines for a lot of our users. That's why we are often available even during holidays.

Thanks!
