I purchased and installed the license key but my website still displays the message the control isn't licensed? Did I miss a step?

ssiter@nfsrv.com is the username created for the key purchased.

i found that post already it doesn't tell me how to make a license file?

Hi,

You will need to go to "My Orders" page to download the license file. That is the same page where you got your license key.
