Heya mate,

I notice the drop-down-menu isn't XHTML compliant. Can you please make it XHTML 1.0 Transition compliant, please because my company always follows web standard when developing websites and all of my clients will want XHTML compliant website.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi Tommy,

Thanks for posting the questions here. Our menu automatically renders XHTML compliant code on ASP.NET 2.0. If you are using ASP.NET 1.1, you can follow the following steps to instruct the menu to render XHMTL compliant code:

Thanks

Are you sure?

http://www.smallbusinesshosting.com.au is not XHTML validated anymore.

It used to be when I was using ASPX LAB control.

I generate the drop-down-menu through code-behind and not XML file.

Please have a look mate. Thanks.

Hi Tommy,

We looked into it and noticed that there is one tag that is not XHTML compliant. We will fix that as soon as possible.

Thanks

Nope..it's still not XHTML validated.

The line that renders the CSS Class specified in EO:Menu is what's not XHTMLm validated.

... type="text/css" href="DropDownMenu"> ----------> MISSING CLOSING TAG (ie. "/>")

Once you fix this, it will be XHTML compliant!
