Hi,
You have a very old version that is no longer being updated/supported. You can try to add:
albprv://__aspxlab_preview/main.html
into your browser's "Trusted Sites" list and see if that works.
Thanks

Hi,
We are not sure what it can be. Since your version is no longer being updated, you can try the current version and see if it works. If it does, we should be able to upgrade you to the current version for free (the upgrade will not include any new controls). If it doesn't, we can set up an online meeting to take a look and see what we can find.
Make sure to try the new version in a separate project. The new version is not binary compatible with your version because of the name change (AspxLab -> EO). So do not uninstall your version.
Thanks
