Can't complete purchase Options

I used your google checkout and got the confirmation email. Clicked on the link and was sent to your site; my order was there (I'm not sure I should publish it in an open forum) and when I click on view key I get a new panel that says "please choose a release". The rest of the panel is blank and I have nowhere to click.

What am I doing wrong? I'l appreciate a quick response, since I'm working on a deadline.
