Dear Support Team,

We have encountered an interesting issue in WebBrowser version 23.3.60.0:
We load a URL like, for example,
https://ourwebapp.com/our_service?client=100&language=de-de#param1=abc&param2=123&param3=helloworld

When we load the URL for the first time, all parameters after the "#" are missing. We cannot access them through our web application. However, if we reload the URL (F5) or call it a second time after navigating to a different page, the parameters become available.
When we revert to an older version of the WebBrowser, this issue does not occur. We can directly access all parameters.

Is this issue already known to you, or is there a solution for it in newer versions?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards!

Hi,

We are not aware of any such issues. Can you try the latest build from our download page and see if the problem still occurs? Make sure you clear the cache folder before you do so as it maybe related to an outdated cached version being used.

Thanks!
