Increased PDF File Size Options

I recently upgraded an application from EO.PDF 2019.2.91.0 to 2024.2.81.0. We use the HTMLtoPDF feature of the software to create a PDF file, but for the same underlying HTML source file, the output from the 2024 version is much larger (1,207KB vs 380KB). Nothing has been changed except the EO.PDF version, so how do I reduce the file size back to what we achieved from the 2019 version?
