Hi guys, recently upgraded from version 19xx to version 24xx however I am getting white page and engine crash after like 20 seconds. This weirdly only happens in windows 7
I tried version 23.0, it seems to be working however I can not use my license on 23.0xx versions.
Can someone help me how can I use my 24.0 license in version 23.0 until the bugs are fixed on version 24.xx and onwards?
I have already send the crash file btw via contact us page.

been trying everything unfortunately no chance. update net frameworks etc however still crashes all of a sudden after 30 seconds.

EO.WebEngine.EngineOptions.Default.DisableGPU = true;
this also did not help at all

Hi,
We are still working on this issue. We did receive the crash log and initial investigation indicates that the problem appears when the browser engine tries to automatically download Widevine plugin from Google. We will follow up here again when we have any new information.
