Our application recorded below error while processing PDF using EO.PDF
1. EO.Internal.jm+e: Child process not ready.
2. System.InvalidOperationException: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object.

Our application uses EO-16.2.1.0 version and server running on Windows 2012.
Is this issue due to EO-16.2 version assemblies deployed onto Windows 2012 or need higher version such as Windows 2016 to avoid any related errors ?

Hi,

Please try to update to the current version because we no longer support your version. Your license does cover the current version so the upgrade would not cost anything to you.

If you run into any problems with the new version please post here again with the full stack trace and we will look into it right away.
