Acrobat products once opened a PDF, as long as the %PDF-title starts within the first 1024 bytes of the file. %PDF-The extra bytes before the title are not checked. However, the 10.1.5 and 11.0.01 updates improved security by enforcing strict parsing of PDF-titles. The product now refuses to open a small part of PDF that is not correctly titled "%PDF-", and an error occurs: Error: This file is damaged and cannot be repaired. Adobe Reader cannot be opened because the file is a non-supported file type or the file is damaged

Hi,
I am not sure if I understand your question correctly as it appears to be about Adobe, not about us. Can you explain how this is related to our product?
Thanks!
