We have been using the 32-bit version of EO (21.2.47) from Nuget on Windows 10 20H2 (on a Panasonic Tablet).

Our application runs as expected, and when pressing on an input box in the web browser, the on screen keyboard (OSK) is displayed. You can use this to enter text.

We've just moved to the 64-bit version of EO (downloaded as part of the installer pack from this site).

To move from the 32-bit version to the 64-bit version we have replaced the following:
- EO.Base.dll
- EO.WebBrowser.dll
- EO.WebBrowser.Wpf.dll
- EO.WebEngine.dll
- eowp.exe

The application runs just fine after doing this, and when pressing on an input box in the web browser, the on screen keyboard (OSK) is displayed. However, when you type using OSK, nothing is entered into the input box (i.e. the keys highlight on the keyboard, but no text appears).

If you remove focus from the input box, the OSK disappears.

Is there any additional work required in our application to integrate the 64-bit version of EO? Is it expected that input from the OSK should work on both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions?

Thanks,
Joe

Hi,

We are able to reproduce the problem. It should work just out of box and you shouldn't need to do anything. We will reply here again once we find anything.

Thanks!
