Hi,
What version do you use? Does it happen all the time on that computer?
Thanks

Hi,
Version is 20.2.90.0.
For the last user that reported the issue, it happens all the time.
Thanks

Hi, The most common cause for such issue is they have some kind of AntiVirus/Security software on their computer that incorrectly killed child process started by EO.WebBrowser. So you can ask them to check if this is the case (and verify it by temporarily disable their AntiVirus software to see if it works). You can also try to enable EO Worker process and see if it works: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/common/eowp.aspxThere is no sure way to resolve such issue on our end as the root of the problem is on the AntiVirus application incorrectly raising false alarm. However using EO Worker process sometimes reduces the chance of being incorrectly flagged. If that is not the problem, please try to follow the steps here to collect the crash logs: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/common/crash_report.aspxOnce we get the crash log, we will look into it and see what we can find. Thanks

Hi,
EO Worker process is already enabled.
I'm not sure that the user can disable the Antivirus Software on a corporation managed PC.
We'll look at the crash report procedure.
Thanks

Hi,
You will still need to check the AntiVirus software. If the root cause is the AntiVirus software, the issue will have to be addressed on their end as there would be no reliable workaround from our end in that case --- if one did exist then all the malware would just use that and it would render the AntiVirus product useless. If the policy must be changed by the IT from on the corporate level, then that's what must be done.
Thanks
