Our application is suddenly not generating a pdf for the last 2 days and having this error "Convertion failed. Failed to resolve LoadLibrary and GetProcAddress" when calling HtmlToPdf.ConvertUrl function.

Hi,
This occurs when you run an older version of EO.Pdf on a newer Windows (or a Windows with newer Windows update) that is not supported. Please update to the latest build and it should resolve the issue for you.

THank you for a quick reply. We did not upgrade anything. It has been running for years already and we check the server logs and seems no update after dec 19. Any other cause?

we tried to download and use the latest version and seems the same exception error we receive.

So make sure you have changed the version correctly. Additionally, depending on the license for your previous version, you may need a new license to use the current version. If you can PM us your previous order number, we will be able to check it for you.
