Hi,
I've read all other "Failed to start image manager" threads and none of the suggested solutions works (upgrade to a new eo version, EnableEOWP).
We are running ver 2020.2.34.0:
EO.Base.ThreadRunnerBase.ogth.uwsd(Int32 kns, Boolean& knt)
EO.Base.ThreadRunnerBase.Send(ActionWithResult action, Int32 timeoutInMS, Boolean& done)
EO.Base.ThreadRunnerBase.Send(ActionWithResult action, Int32 timeoutInMS)
EO.Base.ThreadRunnerBase.Send(ActionWithResult action)
EO.WebBrowser.ThreadRunner.Send(WebViewCallback callback, WebView webView, Object args)
EO.WebBrowser.ThreadRunner.lvux(Int32 zu, Int32 zv, Boolean zw, BrowserOptions zx)
EO.WebBrowser.ThreadRunner.CreateWebView(BrowserOptions options)
EO.WebBrowser.ThreadRunner.CreateWebView()

Please advice

The test completed successfully without showing any problem. Did you run it on the same computer that gives you "Failed to start image manager"? Do you get this error if you run our TabbedBrowser sample application directly?

Yes, on the same machine.
The error occurs from "time to time" and not every time.
We didn't test it with the sample application.

Hi,

Please collect both runtime log and crash logs. You already have the instructions for crash logs. See here for instructions for runtime logs:

Thanks!
