Hi,
we have a License of EO.Pdf (3.0.52.2), EO.Pdf.Html (3.0.52.2), EO.Web (9.0.15.2) for converting HTML to PDF.
This worked perfect in our ASP.NET solutions in Windows 7 ViualStudio 2012, until we recently moved to Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2019.
Now we get errors:
EO.Pdf.HtmlToPdfException: "Failed to initialize conversion."
Also a little "RunDLL"-message box appears "...Problem while starting EO.Pdf.Html.dll. ...module not found..." (translated from german language, exact message may be different).
Might this be a rights problem?
On our Windows Server 2016 productive environment, the tool runs without any problems!

Hi,
Please update to the latest version from our download page. You have an extremely old version that does not support newer Windows. So you will need to update the library in order to use it on Windows 10.
We provide upgrade discount for orders within 3 years. Your version was released in 2011 so the upgrade window has already closed a long time ago. As such you would need to place a new order in order to use the current version. If you have another order that's newer and may qualify for upgrade discount, please let us know and we will check again.
