This issue has been addressed: Fixed file name entered through the default save download dialog is ignored issue;

However there is still a problem since Save Dialog not accepting default file name that was assigned prior to opening.
It also ignores default file extension when saving.

Please download the latest build from our download page. We have just posted a new build that should resolve this issue.
