Hi,
We are getting this error while conversion.
{"EO.Pdf.HtmlToPdfException: Failed to convert Url 'https://ase-sc9upgradedev-525780-single-pds-basic.azurewebsites.net/pdf-generator/section2'.(1035:Can not establish SSL connection)\r\n at EO.Internal.ld.a(String A_0, Boolean A_1)\r\n at EO.Internal.ld.b(HtmlToPdfOptions A_0, String A_1, Boolean A_2)\r\n at EO.Internal.ld.a(am2 A_0)\r\n at EO.Internal.aiu.f.a(Byte[] A_0)"}
Please help. We are using EO.Total 2015 Product version 15.2.52.0

Hi,
You would need to upgrade your EO.Pdf for this case. Your version of EO.Pdf only supports older version of SSL and if the server forces to use newer versions (because of vulnerabilities discovered in older version of the SSL protocol), then it won't be able to connect. The current version of EO.Pdf does support the newest protocol version, so it should work (test it first).

Hi,
I tried 2019 assemblies and it is throwing a different error on an http ConvertUrl. Haven't been able to try the new assemblies for https yet because of this.
"Conversion failed. Browser engine failed to render page. Failed on command 1". Will trying 2018 or 2017 assemblies help? this is urgent now we are already running late because of these issues.
