Hi there
We are using EO web menu version 19.1.40.0
The problem is when we use keyboard arrow keys to navigate the sub menus, the scroll-able window of that sub menu is not moving.
The sub menu has more number of items and it has bottom arrow marks to scroll, It works when we use mouse click on the bottom arrow marks.
But keyboard down arrow moves to the next menu, but the scroll-able window is not moved.

Hi,
I do not believe this is currently supported. The scroll section of the menu only moves when you hover mouse over the up/down scroller. We will look into this and see if we can add keyboard support for this.
