Hi Team,

Follow up with my previous ticket related to unresponsiveness of EO dlls after idle for a day.

We are observing the issue still occurring when we refer the dlls from nuget package where as its working fine when we download from your site and publish by referring from physical path.

Please advice.

Hi,

There should be no difference between nuget and downloading from our site. The only reason might be somehow the nuget packages/DLLs are not updated properly. In that case you should always use the physical path instead.
