We're running as a windows service on Windows Core. Everything works on Core 2017; however, when evaluating 2019, we can't seem to generate PDF documents.
The error we're getting is the following:

Additionally, may or may not be related, while this occurs, we get a message box on the server:

We're running version 18.3.46

No. We do not need anything for now. We are still looking into this. We will reply here again as soon as we have an update.
