Hi, Please enable EO worker process and see if it resolves the issue for you: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/common/eowp.aspxThanks!

Hi, Please check if you are using the latest build first. If you are already on the latest build, then follow the above step to enable EO Worker process, after that you can start Task Manager and see if you see a number of "EO Worker Process" in your process list. If that still does not work, please handle this event and see if you can trap any exceptions: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/eo.base.runtime.exception.aspxIf you do get exception from the above event, please get the value of e.ErrorException.ToString() in your event handler and provide that to us. We will then see what we can find. Thanks!

in task manager I could see Eo worker process , but no exception logged . Just like some software blocked eo.browser , I tried use microsoft webbrowser instead of eo.browser , it's working.

That looks normal. So I am not sure what else we can tell you. Can you try to enable remote debugging and see if you can find anything through debugger? See here for more details: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/webbrowser/advanced/debug.aspx
