Detect and capture changes to field data in the Webview Options

I have an app that allows the user to edit the data in the current Webview. The edit is on the same URL (which doesn't change) and saving the change does not trigger any Webview events that I am aware of.

I'm trying to capture the change so that I can update my info on that record. Webview.GetHtml and WebView.GetText do not capture the change.

Any recommendations on how to capture this change, and the text in the Webview?
