We cannot reproduce this on demand; however, certain times we get an influx of jobs to convert HTML to PDF. At these times, CPU of our servers are around 90%. We trap all calls to EO.PDF and can confirm no exceptions are raised; however, what appears to be a 'blank' PDF is generated.

Although we cannot reproduce this issue; I'm hopeful you'll be able to provide some guidance so this doesn't happen in the future.

Hi,

We have no way to tell you for sure --- we did fix some issues related to paging that can cause extra blank pages, but that's for extra blank pages, we have not seen your scenarios where the output is just a single blank page. I would recommend you to make sure you are running the latest build and if possible try to reproduce it. We have no way of guessing what it is since we have not seen this problem anywhere else.
