Support,
We are submitting a PDF to DocuSign that was manipulated using eo.pdf and it is being rejected by DocuSign with an error message of invalid.
We started with a PDF template that contains radio buttons and text boxes. Then used the eo.pdf library to populate the form fields, set all fields to read only and then save the completed document to the hard drive. We retrieve the saved PDF document from the hard drive and submit it to DocuSign where it then fails.
Have you found that certain eo.pdf settings must be applied to PDFs being submitted to DocuSign?
Thank you

Hi,
You will need to contact DocuSign and ask them why they reject it. Because PDF is open standard, there are numerous third party application/software that accept PDF files. It is not possible for us to know exactly what each one of these application likes or does not like, and even if we knew, it can change the next time they release a new version. So the best way to find out why is from them, not from us.
Once you find out what they do not like, you can then either change your code to avoid it, or in the case it's not too clear, you can reply here with additional information about exactly what they want you to avoid, and then we will see if we have any interface to help you to achieve that.
Thanks!
