We have deleted your other post about your license because you have publicly posted your license key in the forum. You should never share your license key with another party, not to mention to publicly post it on the Internet. In the future if you wish to send us license information, you can send it to us in private message.

In the mean time, please follow the license troubleshooting guide step by step if you still have any problems. You will need to renew your license in order to continue receive tech support because the support for your license has already expired a long time agao.
