We recently upgraded from EO version 17.1.14.0 to 18.0.65, did not update the license string applied here EO.WebBrowser.Runtime.AddLicense(). We now see the following exception: "A license key is provided but not valid for this build. Each version uses a different license key. Please make sure your license key version matches your DLL version."
How/Where do we download the key/string for the new dll version? please let us know.
There are no active links under My Orders - no processed or pending orders currently.
Please advise.

Hi,
You need to contact the person who gave you the original license key for an updated license key. He/she will need to log into his/her account to download the new license key for you and they may need to place an upgrade order in order to gain access to the new version. If they have any questions, you can ask them to contact us directly through our contact page.
