Hello,
We've noticed a few discrepancies in the rendering when loading HTML for rendering. Mainly, it looks like some elements are "stretched" when rendering through EO.PDF. It seems to happen with video previews and certain elements. I will be emailing the HTML and outputs to you for reference.
Thanks!

Hi,
This seems to be related to the HTML ---- if you load the page you sent to us directly with Google Chrome browser, you should see the same stretched video as well. You can try to use Google Chrome's debugger feature to find out exactly why this occurs since we are not in a position to troubleshoot HTMLs for our customer. Once you get that working with the browser, it should work with the HTML to PDF converter.
Thanks!

Do you think this could be a bug in Chrome itself? We make no modifications to the HTML at all. This is the source code we pull from your WebBrowser control, which renders just fine when loaded directly from the URL, but not if loaded as HTML. We have no control on the HTML as it is facebook.com, but as mentioned earlier, it renders fine when loaded from the original source.
Thanks!

We do not know ---- but as a general rule, we do not investigate issues that you see in Chrome not only because the scale of the project, but also because it can easily be abused. As such we do not troubleshoot HTML for our customers. Hope you understand.
