We have a WPF application (.net 4.6) with multiple WPF tabs running on windows 7. One of the tabs hosts a web application using EO Web browser. We noticed that when users navigate to this tab, they are getting blue screen of death. Memory dump from a machine with this issue shows that the crash could potentially be caused by a recently installed application (Carbon Black Sensor) and EO web browser exe. We are using version 17.1.76. Have you heard from any other customer with similar issue? This is happening on a production environment currently and any prompt help on this is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Blue screen of death can not be caused by a user mode application -- it can only be caused a driver. It is possible that the browser engine did something that disturbed the driver, but since the root of the problem is in the driver, it is not possible for us to "fix" or workaround it from our end since there are tens of thousands buggy drivers out there. So finding out which driver crashed your system should be your focus.
Thanks!
