Hi,
We already have a license key for EO 2015. Seems like lot has been changed in the structuring of dlls in EO 2017. Could you please guide me how to procure new license keys for EO 2017.

Hi,
You will need to follow these steps:
1. Log into the account that has access to the original order;
2. Go to your orders page;
3. Click "Renew" under the "Subscription Status" for your original order to renew your subscription to current;
After you renew your subscription to current, you will be able to revisit your license key page to download a new license key for the current version.
If you do not know the account that has access to the original order, you should contact the person from whom you receive the original license key. He/she should be able to perform the above steps for you.
