I know this is an obvious answer, but is there any way to merge files with Document Assembly/Page Extraction Not Allowed? It's having a critical impact and I'd like to see if perhaps there's an alternative option.

Hi,

These flags should not have any impact on merging files at all. Do you have any problems merging files with these two flags set?
