I updated to the latest release 17.2.75 and received the following error when we try to convert any/all html email files to pdf, not just certain files. Version 17.2.14 does not have this issue so I have downgraded for now.
Error is on the following line of code:
EO.Pdf.HtmlToPdf.ConvertUrl(HTMLFilePath, PDFFilePath)

Hi,
This is usually caused by using a license that is not valid for this build. You can revisit your license key page to download a new license code for EO.Pdf 2017 and it should resolve this issue for you.
Thanks!

Hi,
Your license code will change every time you download it from our website because the key is time stamped. So that part is not an issue.
The most likely reason that your previous license didn't work but when you download a new one it works is because you have recently renewed your subscription. The subscription is what allows you to use newer versions. So when you download a license key before you renew your subscription, that license key will only cover EO builds made before your previous subscription expiration date. After you renew your subscription, your subscription expiration date changes (moves forward) so the new key will have a newer expiration date, which enables it covers newer build.
Thanks!
