Hi,

We have an asp.net mvc action which returns a PDF file with a lot of fields that get filled using EO.PDF for .net.
Everything works as expected when viewing the PDF from a normal desktop PC (Eg:windows 10, chrome browser)

However, when accessing the same link on an IPad/IPhone browser (chrome or safari) the form is blank, no values are being set.

NOTE: the pdf displays correctly with our old library that we used for filling the pdf: https://github.com/tuespetre/TuesPechkin
Also, on the ipad , if we try to visualize the pdf in a pdf viewer it says invalid or corrupt pdf file.

Please investigate this issue as soon as possible as this is already in production and a lot of our customers are having problems viewing their forms.

Thank you.

Hi,

Please send us the following files:

1. The "bad" result PDF file (from our library) and the "good" result PDF file (from other library);
2. The original PDF file with empty fields;
3. The code that you use to fill in the original PDF file and produce the result PDF file;

We will look into it as soon as we receive them. See here for more information on how to send test files to us:

Thanks!

Hi,

In fact no, we have not received the test project. So it might have been blocked by yours or our email system. Can you resend it from a different email account? Make sure you do NOT include our DLLs because they are big and won't go through.

Thanks!
