Page footer sticks to table border instead of page bottom Options

Hi,

I am currently working on a freelance project for VARStreet Inc. to convert HTML into PDF.
For this project, we were evaluating EO Pdf converter.

Everything is working as expected, but thereare couple of issues which is preventing us from finalizing HiQ Pdf converter.

1. Page footer gets attached to the end of table and hence is displayed wherever the table ends in a page. instead it should stick to the bottom of the page.
Note: This is footer from HTML and not a custom footer.

2. JPEG compression not working. I tried setting JPEG compression level from -1 (No Compression) to 100 (Highest compression). But it did not change anything. Due to this PDF size is also too large.

Could you please look into both these issues?

		    Hi,

I am not sure if you are evaluating our product or HiQ PDF Converter. HiQ PDF Converter is not us, they are a different product on the market.

As to your questions:

1. We do not support HTML footer tag. In order to specify header/footer, you will need to use HtmlToPdf.Options.FooterHtmlFormat/FooterHtmlPosition property. These two property should give you much more control on the footer's position and contents;

2. We are not aware of any such issues. You can isolate the problem into a test project and then send the test project to us and we will be happy to take a look. See here for more details on how to send test project to us:
