Header/Footer Left/Right Rights different than 'Body' Options

We would like to set different left and right margins for the header and footer. We can set the vertical alignment but not left/right. Is there a work around, that doesn't limit performance, or is this something that could be added to EO.PDF?

Hi,

You can put a DIV in your header/footer and add padding right to the DIV.
