msgbox not working when doctype is html Options

I switched to <!DOCTYPE html > from 4.0 and the msgbox no longer renders on the viewable part of the screen when the page contains a very large table. It is on the screen and when I disable the position fixed attribute in Chrome, the msgbox does appear at the bottom. I am using eo.web version 11.0.49.2

Please update to the latest build. The current version should support this without any problem.
