We're running EO.PDF 17.0.81 and over the last several days we're catching some Conversion failed. Conversion failed. error code = 2 errors.

How can we diagnosis this further as it happens sporadically and not necessarily reproducible.

Hi,
Error code 2 means the conversion has been canceled due to an internal issue. Please check if you have any failure with a different error code before or around that error. If this is the only error, we do need to be able to reproduce it in order to find the root of the problem.
