Idaho Transportation Department purchases a corporate site license some time ago - actually when it was ASPXLABS. When version 3.0 (Essential Objects) came out, we upgraded, and I contacted you for a new license file. That was sent immediately.
So...the question is, since I don't remember purchase dates, etc., do we need a new license key for the new 2007 version when we upgrade from 3.0? Since I am unsure about our current corporate license standing, please add what detail you can so we can remain legal with a purchased copy of the software.
The particulars:
Most probably name of the purchase: Tim Schaaf Company: Idaho Transportation Department
Thanks for a quick reply

Hi Tim,
It depends on the time of your purchase. If you purchased within a year (which should be your case because you upgraded to 3.0, which was only released late last year), then you should be able to get a new license file for the new version free, since your original license included one year free upgrade benefit.
You can log into your account to check whether you can receive the license new license file (revist your original license link to create an account if you don't have an account yet). Once you create the account, you will your order(s), click "License Key" for a specific order and you will links for different versions. You can then use those links to download license file/keys for a specific version.
If you do not see the newest version, then your one year free upgrade period has expired, in that case you would need to place an upgrade order to receive the new version. You can click "Upgrade Options" to see a list of upgrade options.
Note the new license file that you receive does not cover the new controls (Uploader and Dialog, ProgressBar is always free). In order to use those controls, you would need to upgraded to the new version.
Thanks
