After upgrading the server on which VS 2010 Ultimate is installed from 2008r2 to 2012r2 when loading a page in VS it now shows all controls in an error state. We have the full EO Suite, 2014 version. Do we need to re-install EO tools, License key? Don't know how to resolve this.

Hi,
Yes. This occurs when the version your project used does not match the version installed on your system. If it's a new system and the controls are not installed, then you will see this error as well. You can try to resolve it by following these steps:
1. Reinstall EO.Web Controls;
2. Update your project reference to make sure your project uses the same version;
3. Rebuild your project;
4. Restart Visual Studio;
