EO Browser freezes on HVD machine Options

Hi,

We are using EO in our current application. We ran into a problem which we are able to reproduce using the sample TabbedBrowser application.

Scenarios:

1. if EO first instance crashes, all the instances after this keep crashing/failing (hangs on loading).
2. First launch works fine, all the instances after this work fine.

So we were trying to test EO on HVD running on windows 7, and using Citrix by launching sample TabbedBrowser app from EO Demo, and found the issue happening.

EO works fine on desktop, but fails as above on HVD.

We are running this using 16.2.50 Build.

Please let us know if we can provide crash dumps, logs or anything else to help you figure this issue.

Hi,

We do not have a HVD environment to test the issue. Is it possible for you to arrange giving us remote access to the environment that causes this issue in order to investigate further?
