EO.Webbrowser WPF loadcompleted method not firing Options

I have noticed an issue with the WPF Webbrowser, specifically something buggy with the LoadCompleted method. I’ve noticed that it doesn’t fire consistently when a page loads. Its almost 50% of the time the method fires when the Page loads completely, but the other 50% it does not.
My question is, is there another alternative method that I can use for when a page loads completely, as I have logic that scrapes the page.
