Hi there,
I have tried to dowload your product but alas, I keep on getting errors. The dowload goes ok but the moment the installation starts I get the error that "Setup.exe has stopped." I have a laptop with Windows Vista and think that you products might noy be compatible with the Vista. Please can you help me because I think you have some great products here.

Hi,
We are not aware of any problems with Windows Vista. Have you tried to install from another machine? Make sure that:
1. Run the installer as administrator;
2. Install it directly on the machine. For example, do not install it remotely through terminal service.
