Security Problem HELP! Options

I installed a Microsoft Security patch last night and this morning I am getting a security error. I have tried adding the <add name="AspxLabRuntime" type="AspxLab.WebControls.Runtime,AspxLab.WebControls"/> in the web.config file and it still does not work.

In panic mode - site is down! Please help!!!
