AJAXUploader doesn't upload Options

I have been using the Ajaxuploader on several projects without any problem. Usually on VS 2005. This is a new project I am writing with VS 20008 using EO 2007.2 . The form doesn't seem to upload files and when I looked at the error console in Firefox it says "Warning: Form contains a file input, but is missing method=POST and enctype=multipart/form-data on the form. The file will not be sent."
What am I missing ?

Hi,

We are not sure what caused this. Can you create a test page that reproduces the problem, or put a test page online so that we can take a look?
