Is there a way to check for virus (or have a chance to check for virus) before the file got uploaded?

Hi,

I believe you can scan the file only after you have the file, that means after the file is uploaded. Virus scanning would have nothing to do with uploader though. Basically the uploader uploads the file for you, once uploaded, you are free to do whatever you'd like to do, including virus scanning.
