use File Explorer control to browse client machine Options

Is there any way to use the new File Explorer control to browse on the users' machine? I would like to give them a way to browse to a graphic file and then show the size properties.

No. FileExplorer is for files on the server side. No code can access client side file before it is being uploaded to the server because otherwise it would be a serious security hole.
