Splitter ClientSideOnResized Event and Window Resize Options

I just installed the latest version of the Essential Objects Package and noticed that the splitter control is no longer firing the ClientSideOnResized Event when the window is resized. Is there a way for me to have this event fire on a Window Resize?

This issue has been fixed in build 2008.0.36.
