If you place the order online, most of the time you order is automatically processed immediately and you should receive the license key within a few minutes.

However sometimes as a security measure, the payment processor (For example, Google Checkout) may choose to manually review the order. This appears to occur on a randomly basis. When that is the case, your order will not be processed until they finish reviewing the order. This process usually takes a few hours, and it can take slightly longer during weekend or holiday. However in any case the delay should not exceed 24 hours. Please do let us know if 24 hours have already past and you have not yet received the key.

To check the order status, please log into either your Google Checkout account or PayPal account, depending on which payment processor you have used when placing the order. As soon as the payment is cleared, you should receive the license key immediately. Please contact us if you see the payment is cleared but have not yet to receive the key.
